BRITISH STANDARD & QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY
BRITISH STANDARD
BS EN ISO 1461:2009 & ASTM A 123/ A153
The company has set up well-documented acceptance standards and testing criteria for the
galvanized products, which are based on international standards For Hot dip
galvanization on fabricated Iron and steel articles (BS EN ISO: 1461:2009, ASTM A 123,
ASTM A 153 and ASTM A143M )for hot dip Galvanizing. The acceptance criteria are strictly
followed and any material, which deviates from the same, is rejected and reprocessed.
It has been our continuous endeavor to improve our overall Quality Management System and
our process system. GSE has followed a policy of continual improvement both in process
as well as products. This has resulted in improved quality and speedy delivery of all
our products thereby resulting in better customer satisfaction and we are sure to extend
the same to our Galvanizing process.
The above standards for the Hot dip Galvanized product give the requirement for coating
weight, adhesion, appearance and uniformity.
GSE operates from its own premises in the heart of the industrial area in Dubai-Al Quoz

QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY
GSE's production line implements a continuous quality system. This allows for inspection at every stage of the production. We implement and maintain Quality System based on BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System-Requirements and Quality Management System Guidelines for performance improvements.
